The St Augustine’s College community in New South Wales is heartbroken to announce the passing of Mr. Harrison Foresto, a beloved teacher and 2017 Old Boy of the College. His passing has left an immeasurable void in the hearts of his family, colleagues, students, and all who were fortunate enough to know him.

In an official statement, the College expressed its deepest sympathies and prayers to Harrison’s parents, Steve and Kerrie-Ann, and his sister, Emily, during this profoundly difficult time. Their thoughts also extend to his extended family, friends, students, and fellow staff members who are mourning the loss of such a bright and caring individual.

Harrison was remembered as a gentle, joyful, and inspiring presence within the St Augustine’s community. Since joining the teaching staff in 2022, he shared his passion for creativity, design, and the visual arts with the young men he taught, encouraging them to explore their talents with confidence and imagination. Always greeting others with a warm smile, Harrison was admired not only for his skill as an educator but also for his kindness, humility, and unwavering positivity.

“He loved this school community, and we loved him in return,” the College shared. “We will miss him greatly.”

As the community grieves, St Augustine’s College is offering counselling and pastoral support for students and families who may be struggling to process this loss.
